- Yes, it’s our pleasure to provide samples to you for testing. If you want to get existing model or customized samples, we will charge. However, samples charge will be refunded when you place order more than 100 sets.
- How long is the sample lead time?
- For existing model samples, it takes 2-3 working days. If you want samples with your own designs, it takes 5-7 days or even longer. Let’s discuss case by case.
- What's your MOQ?
- Here at J&G Motor, our minimum order quantity is 50 sets.
- How long is the production lead time?
- Normally it takes 30-40 days.
- What's your payment terms?
- Advance payment 50%, balance payment pay before shipment, TT.
- What is your return policy?
- We do not accept returns, but we will replace broken or damaged products at no charge.
- What is your shipping policy?
- We ship our products to all over the world. And we support FOB and CIF.
